What We Do

Balanced Habits is really a hybrid of several things, but to the core, we educate people how to eat real food.

Our Mission

Balanced Habits is on a mission to eradicate the diet industry.  In fact, we’d love to see an end to the current negative association of the word “diet” for good. We’d love to see people associate the word diet with what it truly means: what your diet consists of…think “My diet consists of mainly fresh, local grown…” rather than “I’m on a diet which restricts my intake of….”

Eric consults with the likes of Microsoft, Bank of Boston and Balanced Habits He writes code, developing apps and programs such as our proprietary Balanced Habits Calculator.  Eric works directly with Balanced Habits to continue to develop our technology to be state of the art.

Ziporah began her career in film and television, but was introduced to the startup world in the late 2000’s and fell head over heels with the energy of entrepreneurs on a mission to bring their ideas to the world.
